If need your order in less than 2-4 weeks then please add rush fee to your total. Rush fee will expedite ordder to be done within 1-7 Business days. Rush Fee depending on amount and weight of items per order. 

A Preview is sent on every custom order. On some Rush orders we may make executive decision if you are not avialble to approve before cut or press to complete your order in timely manner. No edits will be able to be done once preview is sent and approved. 

Notification will be sent via email from website once order is complete.

Rush Fee of $20-$50 depending on amount of items per order.

No Refunds, Exchanges or Returns

Custom items are made custom for each customer. customer items are not able to be resold. Therefore No refunds. 

Please note we send design apporval before cutting or priting. When you receive your design approval please review all spelling, placing, and colors before sent for final print.

In the event you receive a item that is wrong size or wrong color and it is mistake on our part. We will confim your invoice and order and will remake your item as soon as possible. 

In the event we are not able to remake your item by your due date we will provide you with a store credit git card towards another item.

FREE Pick Up is available if you live in the Houston & Greater Surrounding areas. (Meeting you somewhere is same as Delivery)

Shipping:
Shipping is availible in United States.
USPS is shipping carrier.
Notifications will be sent to your email from the website once item is shipped. 

Delivery: 
Delivery is available for an additional $25  if you live in the Houston & Greater Surrounding areas.
Notifications will be sent to your email from the website once item is reay for delivery. we will contact you to coordinate delivery time and date.

If it is Rush order you may or may not receive.
