    nYou will be updated with a proof design for your approval prior to printing. Once design is approved, we will print your cards. Upon completion, you will receive photos of the prints before shipping or Pick up. We will provide you with tracking information for your reference.

    No Refunds, Exchanges or Returns
    Custom items are made custom for each order. custom items are not able to be resold. Therefore No refunds. 

    In the event you receive a item that is wrong size or wrong color and it is mistake on our part. We will confim your invoice and order and will remake your item as soon as possible. 

    In the event we are not able to remake your item by your due date we will provide you with a store credit git card towards another item.

    Turn Around Time

    Total turnaround time will be 2-4 weeks depending on amount of items and design.

    A preview of Design will be sent within 1-4 Business days after you have placed your order.

    You will receive a preview before Print, cut or press is sent on all orders!

    Once design is approved, please allow 2-4 Weeks for notification to be sent via email when item is ready or shipped.

     

    If you need it expedited, Please add rush fee to cart.

    Rush Fee

     

    If need your order in less than 2-4 weeks then please add Rush fee to your cart. Rush fee will expedite ordder to be done within 1-7 Business days. 
    Rush Fee  depending on amount and weight of items per order.

    Notification will be sent via email from website.
    Rush Fee of $20-$50 depending on amount of items per order.

    Shipping/Delivery/Pickup

    FREE Pick Up is available if live in the Houston & Greater Surrounding areas. (Meeting you somewhere is same as Delivery) Pick up:

     

    Shipping:

    Shipping is availible in United States.

     

    USPS or FedEx is shipping carrier.

     

    Notifications will be sent once item is available for shipping and once item is shipped out.

     

    Delivery:

    Delivery is available for an additional $20 if ive in the Houston & Greater Surrounding areas.

     

    Notifications will be sent once item is availble for delivery.
